Yoga for Kids – May 24

Session 1 – Tadasan

Children learned the types of asanas in this theme. They learnt to perform the asana with correct steps while learning the importance of doing the asana from the perspective of children.

Session 2 – Mandukasana

The correct posture matters and shows the best results. This is what they learnt by doing the asana.

Session 3 – Matsyasana

While performing the asana the steadiness and sustained pressure required was
experience by the children.

Session 4– Shalabhasana

Experiencing the stretch and maintaining it is the key to successful asana. This
is the lesson they learnt from this asana.
